Dominique and Jean-Luc welcome you to the Ferme de la Chancelière in the heart of the Girouard countryside, where they share their expertise with passion!
They farm organically, raising Manech and Vendéennes dairy ewes and Fossés goats for conservation.
- Dairy processing into cheeses, yoghurts, faisselles and fromage frais.
- Sale of tommes and matured drained cheeses (cheese can be dispatched).
- Sale of sheep, ewes, lambs and kids for pleasure.
- Sale of meat, vacuum-packed and ready to freeze. To order.
Direct sales at the farm, by appointment.
Markets in Les Clouzeaux and Beaulieu-sous-la-Roche (2nd Sunday of the month).
Farmers' markets (Nature & Flavours Day, etc.).
Friday afternoons in the church square at Le Girouard, in partnership with La Fermette (market gardening).
