This establishment offers an astonishing point of view on the Monedieres moutains and provides a high-standard and local cuisine. The chef, Thierry Besse is the specialist of a regional dish : the "mique", which he prepares in different ways.
Closed on Friday evening, Saturday lunchtime and Sunday evening out of season except Easter weekend, 1st May, 8th May, Whitsun, Ascension and All Saints' Day (exceptional opening for groups with reservations). "Farcidures" from October to April to order.
