At Gus and Olga's, it smells of traditional flavors. The chef, Gus, is THE benchmark for "farcidures" on Tulle, a local specialty to eat in or take away. A family restaurant with a very strong working-class spirit. An atmosphere that recalls that the restaurant is in the heart of the Weapons Factory district, where thousands of workers used to eat after hard work. Two weekly events not to be missed: the calf's head on Wednesday and the "farcidures" on Friday.
Weekly closing day: Monday evening and Saturday evening. Vegetarian dishes on request. Dish of the day: € 7.50 - Menus from € 12 to € 20 and à la carte. Children's menu: € 7.50 - Regional dishes: calf's head, mique and farcidures (farcidures are done on Friday and reservations are strongly recommended). Catering for associations, works councils etc.
