The Region of Chaumont: the city of Posters and Graphic Arts with le new center « Le Signe » but also of little streets with their
houses with turrets, spiral staircases and the dungeon of the Counts of Champagne, etc. and its gourmet specialities: chocolate, its
“Idéal” (a cake made from almond meringue and praline cream) and its grey truffles from Burgundy for which an exhibition is even

Located in a bucolic village along the canal “between Champagne and Burgundy”, the Bistrot de Pays offers a family and traditional
cuisine cooked by the chef Clement. A grocery store offers a selection of everyday products and a nice assortment of local products.
