An elegant, bright and cosy apartment. On the 3rd floor of a building, one road back from the sea, in a calm position. You are 1 minute walk from the central beach of Capbreton and 10 minutes walk from the only fishing port in the Landes, where you can buy fresh fish caught offshore. Park your car in your reserved space and then you can do everything on foot or by bike (rental nearby). Large living room: very comfortable sofa (sofa bed) and armchairs. A corner balcony facing south/south-west gives a lot of light to the room and has sea views. A large terrace, on the north side, is multi-functional. Wonderful views of the sunrise over breakfast. Arranged as a mini garden, it overlooks the neighbourhood. The kitchen, refurbished in 2018, is fully equipped. The apartment covers the whole floor.
