Visite de l'Eco Centre

The Eco Centre is operated on behalf of the Communauté d'Agglomération de Pornic Agglo Pays de Retz and the Communauté de Communes Sud Estuaire by GEVAL-Véolia Propreté.

The Eco Centre comprises several zones:

A unit for sorting and composting residual household waste and green waste to produce compost that complies with standard NFU 44-051.
A non-hazardous waste storage facility (ISDND) for the storage of rejects from the organic recovery unit.
A reception building with an educational room and a meeting room for conferences and seminars organised by Pornic agglo Pays de Retz and the CC Sud Estuaire.

When not in use for these activities, the room can be made available on request to local authorities and associations in the two areas (contact the Communauté d'Agglomération Pornic Agglo Pays de Retz).


An educational trail to discover the site and its facilities, a way of raising public awareness of respect for the environment.
