Gîte de la Poinière

The gîte is located in a quiet hamlet on a 1 hectare property, lush with greenery and flowers, within easy reach, 20 minutes from the beaches. You can enjoy the private terrace, the gazebo with garden furniture and the wooded grounds, where you can play boules, shuffleboard and table football. For the children, there are plenty of ball games to be enjoyed. The beaches of St Gilles Croix de Vie, Saint Jean de Monts, Notre Dame de Monts and La Barre de Monts, as well as the passage of the Gois to the Ile de Noirmoutier, are 25 km away. The Baie de Bourgneuf and Pornic are also popular outings. You can also spend a day on the Ile d'Yeu, by boat in the morning and evening. Hiking trails can be started from the gîte. A 2-person guest room is available on site, subject to booking. The gîte was renovated in 2015 and is adjoining the owner's accommodation. It comprises a living room/lounge/kitchen, shower room, utility room, 1 separate toilet, 2 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed) (1 x 140cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed). Interior steps.
