Gîte La Canche

Come and enjoy this ideally located gîte, just 500 metres from the shops in La Ménitré, on the banks of the Loire. You can easily visit Angers and Saumur and stroll along the banks of the Loire or treat yourself to a "green". This very pleasant, light-filled 180m² gîte sleeps 8:
- Ground floor: a living room with high ceilings, wood-burning stove and large bookcase, a dining area opening onto a functional, fully-equipped kitchen (Thermomix available). A corridor leads to a toilet and laundry room.
- Upstairs: 4 bedrooms
2 with 140cm beds, one with 2 80cm beds and one with a 160cm bed. In the centre of the first floor, there is a shower room with shower and toilet and a bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
You can enjoy the spacious and pleasant outside area with a sandpit for children, a small orchard, vegetable patches with planting and an ornamental garden ideal for relaxing and enjoying your meals in the shade of the trees or on the terrace leading to the kitchen.
