Gîte La Ferme de l'Espoir - L'Authentique

Situated 15 minutes from Angers, Ferme de l'Espoir is a peaceful spot ideal for a holiday with family or friends, far from the noise and stress of the city.

Set in the heart of a former farm, L'Authentique self-catering cottage is housed in the old stables. The setting is pleasant and the atmosphere peaceful, so you can make the most of your holiday in the countryside.

There's no shortage of space in this 141 m² gîte, which sleeps 6 people and is completely safe for families with young children. Françoise and Gilles, the owners, and their 4-legged friends will give you a warm welcome and are always on hand to help.

On arrival, you'll be offered a selection of fresh local produce, depending on the season.

On the ground floor, l'Authentique comprises a large living room with a kitchenette where you'll find everything you need, a relaxation area (with television and table football), a shower room and WC.
Upstairs is a relaxing lounge with TV, books and board games, and three bedrooms (160cm bed, 140cm bed and two 90cm beds). The bedrooms share a shower room and WC.

The 2 gîtes share a petanque court. Garden furniture and barbecue available in the shared courtyard. Carport.
