You can enjoy a spot of fishing or a picnic by the pond in front of the gîte, or go walking or cycling along the banks of the Loire. On the "Loire by bike" route, this accommodation in Montjean sur Loire allows you to make loops around the Loire or to set off on the route of the wines and villages of the Loire Valley. For sports enthusiasts, there's a sports and tennis court next to the gîte, and a garage for storing your bikes.

The 45m² gîte has a fully-equipped kitchen (electric hob, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a living room with television and sofa bed for 1 person, a shower room (accessible via 2 steps) and a separate toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy a sunny terrace with garden furniture and a lovely garden with swing below the accommodation for a relaxing holiday.

Shops are within 10 minutes' walk (supermarket, bakery, etc.) and you can park your car next to the gîte.

For your comfort, bed linen is included and the bed is made on arrival. Electric heating in the gîte (invoiced above 8 kwh/day). Baby equipment available on request (cot, high chair, bath).
