Spacious and very comfortable renovated farmhouse (120m²) in a small peaceful hamlet with views across fields, close to Ingrandes-sur-Loire. 30km west of Angers in the Anjou wine region and 60km east of Nantes. Sleeps 7.

Less than 10 mins drive from the Loire River, fishing, local shops and wine-tasting. Easy reach of horse riding, many golf courses, châteaux, the sea, many small restaurants offering excellent local cuisine at very reasonable prices and much more...

The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor with 2 single beds. plus 2 on the 1st floor, one with a double bed and en suite, in addition to a large separate bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 3 single beds. A cot and high chair are also available if required.

There is also a shower/utility room on the ground floor with a washing machine.

In the lounge there armchairs, a settee, satellite TV, DVD and wood burner.

The kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machines, toaster...

Relaxation area including an outside jacuzzi for 6 people with massage jets and bubbles, a wood cabin, sun loungers and a table tennis table.
BBQ, tables, chairs and sun loungers in the garden. Badminton, pétanque, footballs, Molky...

Price includes bedding, towels,plus electricity, heating, wood for the wood burner and tourist tax.

No set changeover day. 2-3 days between lettings. The house thoroughly aired, cleaned and disinfected between lettings.
