5 kilometres from Ingrandes Le Fresne-sur-Loire, in a quiet hamlet in the heart of nature, between Angers and Nantes, come and stay in this restored 120m² former farmhouse (adjoining the owner's property).

On the ground floor: all the comforts of home in the living room with wood-burning stove. The separate kitchen has all the necessary appliances. It comprises a bedroom with 2 single beds plus a shower/utility room with WC and washing machine.

The first floor has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a shower room with WC. The other has three single beds. There is also a bathroom. For the little ones, a cot is provided.

Enjoy the enclosed garden and a relaxation area with an outdoor hot tub for 6 people, a wooden hut and a table tennis table open from June to September inclusive. Tables, chairs and a barbecue are available for perfect outdoor moments. Fancy a walk in the countryside? For the more active, there are badminton rackets, a petanque game, a Mölkky game and balls for young and old to enjoy.

Minimum stay 4 nights.
