You are 13km from the spa town of Bagnoles de l'Orne and in the Normandie-Maine Regional Nature Park. You'll love the hiking trails and the nearby Véloscénie cycle route linking Paris to Mont Saint Michel. If you fancy a spot of fishing, there are plenty of opportunities in the village, with lakes and trout in the river.

Sainte Madeleine church was built between 1826 and 1828. A priest turned his hand to being an architect and drew up the plans. The local population built their own church, in the evenings after work and on Sundays. It was consecrated in September 1828. The organ is without doubt the most magnificent thing about the church, with 12 of its stops dating back to the 18th century. The instrument was modified in 1855 so that it could be hidden in a neo-gothic cupboard. It currently has around 25 stops.

Started 15 years ago, created over time, born after the imagination of Annie Blanchais, this remote garden, intimate and elegant covers 2500sqm. In this romantic setting, surrounded by a hedge of shrubs and trees you can see through the seasons, grow many varieties of roses, clematis, but also hostas for their foliage, many geraniums, Heuchera, many shrubs ... The gardener does not fail to find their best roses combination to create theatrical stagings or sometimes more discrete, romantic and wild. This intimate garden is enriched with ornaments.

In the 2 hours we’ll spend together, we will introduce you to all the phases of our work and share our passion with you: - Presentation of our farm and a projection of a film about the Normandy-Maine regional nature park to set our farm in its natural environment. - History of cider production, to find out about the various cider-producing areas in France and abroad. - Visit to the orchard to see the cider apple varieties and the selection through the ages, followed by an explanation of how a cider apple tree develops. - How cider-based products are made (educational panels, film). Hamlet that owes its reputation to the hermit, Saint Ortaire (who evangelised the region around the 6th century) and the ritual of the healing stones. There are two chapels to visit: the 20th century Chapelle des Servites (stained glass and alter by Bernard Chardon) and the (private) 18th century Chapelle Saint Ortaire et Sainte Radegonde.
