We have chosen an outbuilding which was originally used as a shepherd’s hut and later as a plum drying shed. The restoration of this building has just been completed. We propose a studio of 24m² with a half separation between the kitchen area and the sleeping area, a bathroom with Italian shower and toilet. We have been producing strawberries for 3 generations with varieties adapted to the different seasons. The raspberry we grow is a very tasty, finely flavored remontant variety. Our jams, jellies and syrups are the subtle mixture of the fruit, cane sugar in a copper cauldron (for a regular cooking), according to a traditional method respecting the natural and fruity flavors of the fruit without adding colorants or preservatives.
