The tack room can be reached by a few steps and a double door from the gîte d'accompagnement l'Ecurie, making this combination ideal for people traveling together but still seeking privacy. This studio has a terrace shared with the neighboring "Paulette" apartment, adjacent to the château entrance with comfortable furniture.

The "Paulette" apartment is located behind the chapel and was once the official residence of the estate's caretaker/cook. The apartment, located on the second floor, has been completely renovated while preserving the old details. The apartment comprises a bathroom, separate toilet, kitchenette with dining area, bedroom and separate living room. An old passageway gives access to the former milk cellar, where the shower room and toilet are now located. On the second floor, there are three spacious bedrooms, all equipped with good new beds with extra thick mattresses, a wardrobe and a safe. The rooms have a small desk or comfortable sitting area, and one room has an extra armchair that can be folded into an extra bed. This gîte has a private courtyard with a terrace, comfortable furniture and a good barbecue. There is no television in this house.

The gîte is located in one of the former stables of the Château du Tironet estate. This viaduct was designed and built by Gustave Eiffel between 1885 and 1887. It was used as a traffic route for trains connecting Paris to Ussel.
