This 9 km circuit offers a walk in the countryside of Saint-Ouen-sur-Gartempe in the Haute-Vienne region of northern Limousin. Worth seeing: a stele in the Mounisme cemetery.

Every year, the Théâtre du Cloître offers a highlight of the season: the Festival National de Bellac, which revolves around living writing in all its forms (theater, dance, circus, street arts, music). A theatrical, artistic and cultural hub, it offers multidisciplinary programming from September to June: theater, music, dance, circus...

The gîte is located in a quiet, leafy hamlet, and is the starting point for a number of signposted hiking trails. It's an old renovated house, combining the old and the new, with a fully-equipped kitchen for optimum comfort.

AB label Living soil market gardening: the soil is worked as little as possible, with simple aeration and the addition of organic matter ranging from compost and manure to hay to cover and nourish the soil, while reducing the growth of weeds. Vegetable production is therefore based on a philosophy that aims to approximate natural processes. Aromatic and medicinal plants are mainly sold fresh, with a project to sell herbal teas scheduled for 2023.

The natural site of the "Rochers de l'Isop", with its singular relief, is a protected natural site. This picturesque site lies at the heart of the Isop valley, at the foot of the villages of Saint-Barbant and Saint-Martial-sur-Isop. The most spectacular group is known as "Chez Favard", offering an impressive spectacle in terms of the number and size of the rocks through which the Isop stream peacefully flows. Although spectacular, this area does not seem to have inspired any legends; only one real event is still remembered by the locals. During the 1870 war, a Prussian deserter is said to have taken refuge in one of these rocky heaps and, using huge, massive boulders, built a sort of cave, the entrance to which can still be seen.
