This walk between woods, orchards and vineyards offers several viewpoints on the castles of Roquefort and Estillac, but also on the promontory villages such as Laplume and Moncaut...

This hill with its clear summit has been inhabited for a long time. Those who settle there today find the same views, towards Montagnac, Laplume, the hills of Albret and the Pyrenees.

This hike, traced in the hills of Moncaut and on the eastern side of the charming little village, perched on a hillside, is crossed by the Petit Auvignon. It offers views on the hills of Gascony and the Garonne valley around Agen. The village developed from the 12th century onwards around its church and the castle which was just next door. The latter was completely destroyed at the end of the 19th century. Today, the town is promoting its heritage. It is assisted by a local association for the conservation and restoration of small heritage, "Pierre d'hier et d'aujourd'hui".

This demanding route takes in four major sites in the Bruilhois region, with the prospect of numerous viewpoints, running from the Gascony hills to the south to the Garonne valley to the north.

A route without any major difficulty in a plain where orchards and poplar groves cohabit, between the Garonne canal and its river. Along the canal, you will take the newly developed greenway.

Situated at an altitude of 200 m, Montagnac offers a 360° panorama on the "sea of hills" that it dominates. Above the traditional stone houses, the large tower of the church steeple asserts the silhouette of the village. From the covered way running around the surrounding walls, the view extends over the Landes, the Lomagne, the Garonne valley and, on a clear day, over the Pyrenees mountain range. The colourful mosaic of the hillsides reveals the richness of the land: vineyards and orchards, cereals and sunflowers, woods and meadows, all landscapes to be admired along this circuit where the built heritage and the numerous pigeon lofts also play an important role, and reflect the prosperity of the hillsides.

This easy route, starting from a historic site of Romanesque art in Agenais, crosses cereal crops, vineyards and woods. Be careful when crossing the road 656.

From the fortified church of Aubiac, classified as a historical monument, this circuit goes through the rounded hills of the Gascony hillsides where orchards and cereal crops dominate. In spring, the Papon iris garden will amaze you with its 1500 varieties of iris: the site is one of the most beautiful collections in Europe. The irises bloom in May, so it is the ideal month for a visit. Thanks to its resistance to frost and drought, its many colours and its sweet fragrance, the iris flower has always enchanted gardens. A journey of the senses and through time awaits you on the paths of Aubiac.

A route without any difficulty in a loop of the Garonne where orchards and poplar plantations share the space. About 4 km away, not far from the canal, in the direction of Montesquieu, don't miss the Orchard Conservatory of Aquitaine Fruit Species.

All along this route, you will be able to discover the history of the town and the past of the washhouses with the help of historical panels, study the landscape with the orientation table and the local flora with the help of educational totems with educational totems.

Sainte Colombe en Bruilhois is a flowered village located in the South West, 15 mn only away from Agen (motorway A62), 10 mn from Walibi Parc. In the Garonne valley, not far from the Canal des Deux Mers, Sérignac-sur-Garonne is a 13th century bastide town full of charm with its half-timbered houses and its cornices. This commune of Bruilhois is distinguished by the particular architecture of its church topped by a helicoidal bell tower. Open to visitors in summer and on request, this twisted bell tower is a unique heritage curiosity in Aquitaine and rare in Europe, where there are only about a hundred. Dating from the 16th century, the spiral bell tower was destroyed in 1921 by a storm and temporarily replaced by a classic 4-sided roof. Attached to their heritage, some Sérignacais constitute the Association for the Reconstruction of the Bell Tower, in order to give it back its aspect. In 1989, thanks to their efforts, the "twisted" bell tower was rebuilt by elite craftsmen, notably the Compagnons charpentiers du Tour de France
