The Via Rhôna, from Lapalud to Caderousse, is a temporary signposted route in southern Lapalud on the left bank towards Vaucluse. The itinerary winds across the agricultural plain as far as the Canal de Donzère then continues onwards to the foot of the Fortress of Mornas and on to Piolenc. From Li Piboulo lake, you have two options. Continue towards Caderousse along the greenway bordering the Rhone. Join the Roman town of Orange and its famous triumphal arch. About 3.8 km from Lapalud is Girardes lake, where you can go swimming or choose from a variety of water and leisure activities. Make your way gently to the Provençal village of Caderousse surrounded by dykes protecting it from the unpredictable Rhone.

On foot or by bike, discover Via Ardèche®, the new greenway. From the recreation area of ​​Uzer, take advantage of an old railroad track developed as far as Grospierres via Vogüe.

On the road to Vallon Pont d'Arc, the valley of Ibie runs for 30 km. It is born at the foot of the Coiron and ends at the entrance of the Ardeche River. The river is usually dry most of the year but well known such as the " Hole of the Moon" (the dam of the old mill of "Noé"). The Ibie valley is full of lush vineyards and rows of lavender, it is the land of limestone as well. Its homes have "couradous" which are well-ventilated terraces, that are a testament to the Golden Age of Silk and its sericulture and thread making artistry. The village is made up of charming stone homes and cobblestone pathways which are perfect for a stroll. The hamlet of Salèlles is a part of St. Maurice d'Ibie. Regardless of the destruction of many of its arched passageways along the road leading to Vallon Pont d'Arc, there remain beautiful homes with beautiful archways with stairs at its exterior and two bread ovens, one belonging to the town and the other to a private owner. The high cypres trees not far from the hamlet, mark a number of cemetaries belonging to Protestant families.

Remarkable natural site. The Ibie Valley is a sensitive and remarkable natural space. Its turquoise waters on its limestone bed offer a striking landscape. The Ibie has its source at the foot of Coiron, in Villeneuve de Berg on the edge of St Jean le Centenier, then crosses St Maurice d'Ibie to flow into the Ardèche near Vallon Pont d'Arc. Along the Béalières, old mills, waterfalls and white pebble beaches, discover this superb but fragile valley. It is not uncommon to see it dry in summer, but infiltrated in its limestone bed, it continues to flow underground, only to resurface a few hundred meters further, to hide again a little lower. To discover this superb valley, it is recommended to visit it in autumn or spring, when the greenery of the vegetation competes in beauty with the turquoise waters. Picnic areas are easily accessible for families in the village of St Maurice d'Ibie and in the hamlet of Sallèles.
