It crosses the town from east to west, from the rond-point de l'Europe to the Espace de loisirs Saint-Paul 2003, passing through the gardens and strong heritage features of our town: Jardin Saint-Vincent, Orchard des Enfants de Barbière, Jardins du Resseguin. For your safety and enjoyment, the promenade is lit at night.

The Via Rhôna is a Eurovéloroute that links Lake Geneva to the Mediterranean and crosses the Vaucluse over approximately 72 km, divided into 2 stages: stage 17: Lapalud - Caderousse/Orange stage 18: Caderousse - Avignon

This hike takes you on a journey through the history of the truffle and its exploitation, from the beginning of the 20th century. Route marked in yellow, duration 2h. You'll cross former truffle fields that have gone wild. The arrival on a limestone plateau offers an exceptional view of Saint-Paul, Saint- Restitut, Clansayes, Le Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail, and even more. The Via Rhôna, from Lapalud to Caderousse, is a temporary signposted route in southern Lapalud on the left bank towards Vaucluse. The itinerary winds across the agricultural plain as far as the Canal de Donzère then continues onwards to the foot of the Fortress of Mornas and on to Piolenc. From Li Piboulo lake, you have two options. Continue towards Caderousse along the greenway bordering the Rhone. Join the Roman town of Orange and its famous triumphal arch. About 3.8 km from Lapalud is Girardes lake, where you can go swimming or choose from a variety of water and leisure activities. Make your way gently to the Provençal village of Caderousse surrounded by dykes protecting it from the unpredictable Rhone.

Hike to the ancient Castelviel Oppidum, on the heights of Aiguèze

Easy level hiking loop that will take you through the Richerenches countryside. On the program: Vines, truffle fields and lavender! The crossing of the Coronne cannot be done with strollers, even off-road.

Easy 10 km hike, which can be shortened to just 4.5 km if necessary. Departing from Lake Grillon, a waterwheel tour of a mill, castle, church and mountain provides visual treats for this walk with variable geometry.

A looping circuit to discover the landscapes surrounding the wine-growing village of Visan. - From the Puy Barret gate, take the road which goes towards Vaison. - Take rue Notre Dame on the left which passes through the top of the housing estates. - At the crossroads, take the second road on the left towards the Notre Dame des Vignes chapel. Stay on the asphalt road. Nice view of the Visan hills. Pass the Cantharide area. - At the crossroads, turn right onto Chemin des Bordeaux which goes up towards the hill. - At the crow's feet, take the dirt road following the sign indicating 'Visan, pedestrian circuit'. Stay on this main path for 1.5 km. - At the top of the path, once at the tarmac road, take it to the right. - 200 meters later, at the corner of a vineyard and the woods, go down the path on your left, follow the vineyard on the left while going up, then the path goes to the right between the vines. Very nice 360° panorama of the surrounding area. - At the crossroads of several paths between the vineyards, turn right on the stony path to the Saint Vincent chapel. - At the Saint Vincent chapel, go down the large stony path which goes around the chapel, towards the village of Visan. Stay on the asphalt road towards the village (direction prohibited for vehicles). - At the crossroads (pretty stone shed) indicating "Visan 197 m", turn left towards the village. Follow the “Town Hall” sign to Place du Jeu de Paume. At the town hall which will be on your right, take the street below on the left which goes down and go down towards the Puy Barret gate to find the car park.

Come and push open the door of the Mornas fortress. A host of ladies and lords will tell you all about the customs and traditions of the Middle Ages in an original, entertaining and interactive way! The Fortress of Mornas Queen of the Rhône Valley, Proudly set atop a 137-metre-high cliff, the Fortress of Mornas was originally a bastion of military defense. Occupied since ancient times, the site reveals its history from its origins to its desertion after the Wars of Religion. Today, you can immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the Middle Ages, as you stroll through these 12th-century walls. In the heart of the fortress, you'll find some of the finest buildings in the fortress. Here you'll find the attic, the fortress's salt vault, the treasure of Mornas. Discover the journey, use and importance of salt throughout history, and discover the barbican, the surrounding walls, the keep and a breathtaking view of the Rhône valley. The fortress is open from Easter to October 31. It can be visited either : - An animated visit: lasting around 1h15, this is an immersion medieval history. You'll be immersed in the atmosphere, with costumed characters and impromptu situations. These tours are accompanied by tour guides. Suitable for the whole family - The self-guided tour: allows you to discover the fortress at your own pace, with documentation detailing all the important points of the site given to you on arrival, and explanatory panels along the way. Access to the fortress is on foot, via montée de la Combe and montée André Caillet. Estimated time: 30 minutes. Tables and benches are available along the way. The fortress has no water or toilet facilities. Toilets are available on the Val Romigier esplanade. The fortress does not sell drinks, so please bring your own water bottle. Nestled in a complete verdant space, the “Chartreuse de Valbonne” unfolds its atypical architecture and proudly displays its multicoloured tiles, with a Burgundian trace. Founded in the 13th century, it occupies the small valley within the beautiful forest of Valbonne which still contains today rare essences in Provence. Though before, this small “oasis” was a swampy valley only. The efforts and patience of a dozen monks were needed to clear and cleanse the area, before the vaults of this edifice could be raised. The place then became the vallis bona, where the name Valbonne derives from. It has been listed as a historical monument since 1959, and the Charterhouse kept the authenticity of its monastic cells from its centuries of history, and they are now re-established for our visitors with the utmost fidelity. Around the Charterhouse, come and wander through its interpretive trail leading you to the forest, while bringing a well sought-after freshness during the summer.

A bio and rural bistronomy in an environmental setting of quality with seasonal, bio and local products. Food and wines harmony between a chef and a winemaker cook ! Over 6 years have been necessary to carry out the project of catering at the Domaine Notre-Dame de Cousignac. It all started with the competition for the best winemaker cook that Raphaël won at the Exhibition SIRHA in 2013. In 2014, the winery made a partnership with the Hotel School Marie Rivier to teach to pupils how to make wine. From then on several vintages have been created... which helped to strenghten ties with chefs and catering. In 2017, Raphaël obtained an hygiene qualification for catering and the licence in 2018. An "improved table d'hôtes" has been experimented during the summer 2018 and young students of vocational school came to help. In 2019, the project takes shape. The team works out to organize a network of bio producers through "La Ruche qui dit Oui" which can supply produces to the restaurant and offers a range of quality. The aim is a bio and rural bistronomy with a bio certification level 3 (95% of the products for the restaurant have to be bio-certified). A maximum of products come from local agriculture.
