The Big Ardèche Mountain-Bike Crossing runs from north to south, from Annonay to Bourg-Saint-Andéol, over more than 313km. If you like wide-open spaces, then this is a chance to see the Mézenc and Gerbier de Jonc Mountains, the Païolive Wood and the Ardèche Gorges. Trachin Chapel is the town's oldest chapel, dating from the 14th century. It can be visited by request.

The church's belltower catches the eye thanks to its multicoloured roof tiles in slate. The porch is remarkable every way and never fails to amaze visitors; it is known as the Campo Santo.

Saint-Martin church dates 1275. The front door, studded, said " foreclose " is of period. It was broken into March, 1906 during the inventory of church goods ensuing from the separation of the Church law of 1905.

Boulieu sheltered formerly Ursulines' famous convent. The chapel was restored by a local association these last years.

Fortified village surrounded by 10 towers, 7 of which can still be seen. The outer walls are easy to retrace.

XVIIIth century classic style castle. Very beautiful formal garden and large orangery. Registered on the additional inventory of historic monuments.

Magnificent property having belonged to Marc Seguin. There are a large park, a greenhouse with mural paintings, a chapel, laboratories, a library, an observatory..., all register as Historic Monuments since 1992.

This 13 hectare park gathered numerous varieties of trees: plane tree Orientalist, oaks, sweet chestnut trees, sequoias, cedars... We also find there a sports complex, games for children and a magnificent castle sheltering a MJC.

The paper mill museum is in the house where the Montgolfier brothers (inventors of the hot-air balloon) were born. It brings 17th-21st century paper milling to life with machines, demos by guides and more. Visitors follow in the footsteps left by papermakers over the centuries. It's the magic of the sheet we see being made in the ancient vat, the sound of the huge machine being set in motion, the passage through the reconstructed chapel. Machines, objects, documents and videos alternate, helping to adapt the discovery to the visitor's age. Paper is also used to explore themes such as the forest, water, the inventions of Montgolfier and Canson, and paternalism.... An inanimate museum, no; a living museum, yes... On the practical side: A 10 to 12-minute video on papermaking; 10 rooms in the birthplace of the Montgolfier brothers, presenting the history of papermaking and the evolution of techniques over more than 3 centuries; A 500m2 vaulted workshop with animated machines and hand papermaking demonstrations.
