The Mollets quarry, owned by the Parthenay-Gâtine Community of Municipalities and developed and managed in partnership with the Conservatoire d'Espaces Naturels de Nouvelle-Aquitaine, was exploited from the end of the 19th century until 1950 to produce limestone. It is now protected and developed so that young and old alike can marvel at a 160 million year old heritage. The interpretation trail allows you to discover the close links between geology, landscape, biodiversity and human activities! Various activities are offered throughout the year by the Conservatoire d'espaces naturels de Nouvelle-Aquitaine and the association l'Homme et la Pierre.

This 7 km hike leads you to discover the town of Vasles, the Mouton Village leisure park, the Gâtine hedges and the Boivre valley!

This 5.4 km circuit allows you to discover the heritage of the commune of Oroux, in particular its 2 castles (privately owned), and offers pretty views from the car park next to the village castle.

Departing from the church in Lhoumois, you set off on a 10 km trail of easy difficulty. This course is aimed at beginners who are ready to progress to a higher level of difficulty. You'll ride mainly on wide paths and stretches of road, with many single-track sections requiring concentration and agility. This route will take you to the Forge à Fer on the banks of the Thouet, a place of great historical interest.

Sylvie and Christophe will be delighted to welcome you to our 220 m2 house, where you can rent one or two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. You can also enjoy breakfast or lunch on our separate terrace. One bedroom has a double bed (140cm), and a crib is available on request. The second bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and a 2-seater sofa bed. We can easily park your bicycles, vehicles or other items. The other rooms in our house are private, but we'd be delighted to welcome you around a roaring fire in our living room, or to share a meal in our kitchen. You can use our kitchen if you wish Petanque pitch and table tennis available. Pets not allowed as we have two dogs, three cats, chickens etc...

We are located between Poitiers and Futuroscope, Puy du Fou, Marais Poitevin, La Rochelle and vendénnes beaches. The Cébron lake, 5 minutes by car, is a Natural Area famous for ornithology. The house is located on the bike paths of the "Vélofrancette" and 5 minutes on foot from the long hiking trail "GR36". Futuroscope, Puy du Fou, Marais Poitevin, Chateaux de la Loire, Atlantic Ocean are accessible by car in around 1 hour/1 and a half. The house includes - 2 bedrooms (2 double bed ans 1 single bed), 1 living room (3 additionnal sleeping : a sofa bed and a bench), 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 WC and 1 laundry (washing machine) The house has an independent enclosed courtyard. A barbecue is available. It is also possible to have access to a small pond to fish or simply picnic at the water's edge.

Communal gîte in apartment of approx. 61 m² on the first floor of a château located in a park accessible to all, overlooking the village square and including two other communal gîtes. Living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), shower room, wc, electric heating. Oven. Television. Shared washing machine and dryer in annex. Large communal park by the river. The gîte enjoys lovely views over the surrounding countryside, making it ideal for hiking. Lake (mini-golf, fishing, children's games, picnics) 1 km away. City stadium and tennis court.

Stay in a quiet, restful gîte with independent access and the possibility of parking your car in the inner courtyard. Our "Arie" gîte is composed as follows: - On the first floor, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom/WC and a dressing room - On the first floor, a single room for the living room, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. This room has a sofa bed and a TV with TNT channels. A separate toilet is also available in this room. Outside, a small terrace reserved exclusively for the gîte is at your disposal, with a small table and 2 chairs, as well as free access to the garden of our guest house.

Our gîte is a self-contained, well-equipped accommodation for 4 people. It's ideal for holidays on your own, with family or friends, in a pleasant, relaxing setting close to nature. It's housed in an old Poitevin farmhouse in Maillé, a commune in central-western France, in the Vienne département. You'll be just 25 minutes from Futuroscope and the A10, 30 minutes from Poitiers Ville d'Art et d'Histoire, 1h 30 from Puy du Fou... From here, you can take day trips to numerous sites. After an active day, you can relax in the large enclosed garden, where children can play in peace and quiet.

La Loge des Fées. In this charming house, entirely renovated while preserving a spirit of yesteryear, take the time to take a break and come to relax in one of our 4 guest rooms. They are all decorated in a "shabby chic" spirit with soft and romantic colors to create a charming and tender atmosphere. To complete this feeling of well-being, Karine offers you to treat your taste buds with a copious breakfast made from fresh and home-made products At La Loge des Fées, you can also take your mind off things by strolling in the garden or lounging in the shade of a tree. To the sound of the birds chirping, you will have the feeling that time has stopped to let you enjoy the present moment. And who knows, you might even meet one or two fairies at the corner of a tree

The first gîte is a cottage comprising a living room with sitting area (including a large sofa bed), dining area, bedroom with double bed, kitchen and bathroom. 2 brand-new bedrooms upstairs (with sloping ceilings), each with 2 beds (2 80cm beds in one bedroom, and a 90cm trundle bed that can be converted into 2 90cm beds in the other bedroom). Outside, very well oriented, a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue...

Part of the recently restored main residence. Small loft on 2 levels; the first floor comprises a kitchen area + hallway and large storage space under the staircase, a bathroom/WC. Upstairs is a mezzanine where the living/bedroom area is located (2 beds that can be joined together with a mattress overlay to form a large 160cm bed). Outside terrace with garden furniture and barbecue overlooking the pool, the hiking trail and a field with horses.
