This 208km riding route links the Bay of Veys (Géfosse-Fontenay) with Falaise. The route runs partly along the road that was taken on horseback by William the Conqueror in 1047, as he galloped his way in just one day from Valognes to Falaise.
This riding route takes you past many sites to discover, across the landscapes of the Bessin and the D-Day Landing beaches, the hollow paths of the Normandy bocage and the picturesque Suisse Normande area, to finally arrive at Falaise Castle.
