Description
The Estives circuit takes you on a journey of discovery through high-altitude pastures and national forest.
This relatively accessible trail follows part of the GR10 and the old rack railway line through refreshing flora that is home to the protected capercaillie.

Detailed stages
1 - The trail starts 100 metres before you reach the Superbagnères plateau. The track follows the road to the Techous car park.
2 - Keep left along the car park and the hike continues through the forest.
3 - This very pleasant trail passes under the cable car to reach the start of the Record ski lift.
4 - To return to the starting point, continue left along the route of the old rack railway that connected Luchon to Superbagnères. -pista de esquí. -
