À la conquête de la Suisse Normande

The first part of this long loop follows the route of loop 20 - Les Portes de la Suisse Normande. At Pierrepont, the route continues towards Val la Hère, for a confrontation with the unevenness of Suisse Normande and its small, playful and technical trails. Pont d'Ouilly is reached via the steep descent of the Cambuse. After a possible stop, you cross the bridge over the Noireau to climb up to Ménil-Hubert-sur-Orne. You then descend to the commune of Rouvrou and reach the hamlet of Pont des Vers in the commune of Mesnil-Villement. After a flat section, you reach a much more rugged profile from Les Isles Bardel onwards. You then follow the winding course of the Baize valley as far as Bois de Saint-André, for a more relaxing return to the starting point.
