Le Château du XIV° siècle pour un neveu du Pape Clément V fut démentelé à la Révolution Française. A quelques mètres, sa glacière nommée "La Chinoise" en raison de la forme de son toit en forme de cône. Château de Budos is a 25 hectares' estate existing since 1920 and transmitted from generation to generation. Ready for any visit, it is the opportunity to share almost a century of traditional viticulture’s practices. There, the wine tasting enables to figure out the existing link between wines and the Graves' land, characterised by both mere and complex aromas.

The castle of Budos was built during the 14th century by a nephew pf the french pope Clement V, Raymond Guilhem de Budos. It is a fortress and a palace, and looks like the pontifical castle of Villandraut, according to its organisation. The surrounding wall contains a tower at each corner, three circulars and an octogonal one, with arrow slits. In the enclosure there are three main wings containing the dwellings. The southeastern curtain wall has a remarkable tower-gate, crwned with a crenelated parapet and a shel with machicolation. The castle was fitted out for artillery during the french wars of religion (1562-1598). During the french revolution, the castle was declared as a national good, was demolished and served as a quarry. Today the volunteers of Adichats conserve and highlight this beautiful site. Ruins and basement are listed since 1988.

The church was built in the centre of the village, which is located on a spur overhanging the Garonne River and the Ciron river valleys. This church is the oldest building of the town, from the 12th century, 120 years older than the medieval fortress.
