On this unique trail, art, nature and memory walk in unison.
Lulled by the steady blasts of wind turbines, the trail takes you through a veritable open-air museum, between fields, grassy ridges and rolling landscapes. Monumental sculptures created by artists from all over the world line the Franco-German border, carrying a universal message of peace, freedom and fraternity. The route continues in the coolness of a bucolic valley leading to the discreet and moving Saint-Bernard chapel in Flatten, before reaching Waldwisse, the last French village before the Saar.
