Bicycle tourism circuit 14 : The plain and the forest of the Hardt

An easy route through the Alsace Plain, between cereal crop fields (maize, soya, rape and wheat) and forests.

You will pass through Ensisheim, a lovely town known for its meteorite and Regency museum. Next, you will go through the Hardt Forest, which is the second-largest forest area in the Alsace Plain. Riding in the shadows, away from road traffic, you will pass through Grunhütte and its game park. Pass in front of the Poney Parc in the Hardt Forest. Please note that 50% of the route is on dedicated cycle paths.

Other information: This route allows for a trip to Mulhouse +/- 7km), a superb town to visit by bike, known for its liveliness, museums, shops and industrial history.
