Walk between Soultz-sous-Forêts and Hohwiller

From Soultz-sous-Forêts railway station, walk to the official start of the walking path the GR531, located behind the Match supermarket. Take the lane that crosses the Seltzbach stream to the Protestant church in Soultz-sous-Forêts. Turn right into rue des Echevins, then join rue des Barons de Fleckenstein and continue as far as the crossroads. At the crossroads, continue along the opposite street, Rue Frohnacker, to the next roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first turning on the right and go under the small road bridge. Continue straight ahead until you reach Rue de Seltz. When you reach Rue de Seltz, turn left and head towards Hohwiller, staying on the cycle path and watching out for bicycles. Continue for 1 km until you reach the village of Hohwiller. Observe the typical architecture of the half-timbered houses in the village. Afterwards, there are several routes to choose from. You can retrace your steps back to the starting point in Soultz-sous-Forêts or walk towards Betschdorf or Hunspach.
