Hiking tour from Soultz-sous-Forêts to Kutzenhausen

Starting from the GR531 long-distance hiking trail at the back of the Match supermarket, with interactive signposting. Join the lane that crosses the Seltzbach stream to reach the Protestant church in Soultz-sous-Forêts. Continue along rue des Echevins past the post office.
Turn left into rue des Barons de Fleckenstein and then into rue de Lobsann, following the blue dot. After leaving Soultz-sous-Forêts, continue along the path marked with the blue dot in the direction of Kutzenhausen. In the forest about 1200 metres after leaving Soultz-sous-Forêts and at the crossroads, take the path marked with the blue and white disc and continue to the village of Kutzenhausen.
In the village, enjoy a visit to the Maison Rurale de l'Outre-Forêt, an interpretation centre for the local heritage.
Continue back towards Soultz-sous-Forêts via the route de Soultz. Around 70 metres after the bend, turn left into the lane and continue across the fields to the entrance to Soultz-sous-Forêts via rue Mauerfeld and then rue des Barons de Fleckenstein to the official start of the GR531.
