This route is signposted close to the Cordon ski area, at 1550 m on the Cordon heights, at the foot of the Tête du Planet. A fairly straightforward, unobstructed ascent, with sunshine and views to boot.
This itinerary offers two departures;
- Departure 1: Parking de la Charbonnière (1050m): Departure from the bottom of the Frébouge ski lift, i.e. 490 metres ascent and 1h45 duration.
- Departure 2: Parking du Dandry (1210m): 330 m ascent and 1h15 duration.

The Charbonnière parking lot is close to the Frébouges ski lift. Simply put your skis on at the bottom of the parking lot to start the itinerary.

They will enable you to get to know our natural environment better. You can satisfy your curiosity by asking your guide questions. You'll see just how different the landscape can look from the heights of Cordon. Possibility of group or private outings.
The ski touring itinerary has two possible departures: the Charbonnière parking lot and the Dandry parking lot.
1/ From the Charbonnière parking lot, follow the piste down a few meters to the Frébouge ski lift.
2/ Go up to the left of the red piste and the ski lift.
3/ Then turn left around the Darbelin ski lift and follow the green Dandry piste.
4/ At the Dandry parking lot (second possible departure point), the route climbs back up along the Darbelin ski lift. After the ski lift, turn left up the Chars ski run to the top of the itinerary.
5/ For the descent, you can take the red Les Converses piste, the blue Herney piste or the red Croix piste to reach the Dandry parking lot.
6/For the Charbonnière parking lot, continue downhill on the Frébouge blue run or the Pirolaine red run.
