N°40 Tour des Anaques
Description
This lovely trek from Lées is ideal for a late afternoon outing when the valley starts to cool down. It takes walkers down the village streets with traditional houses adorned by engraved lintels.

Looking in direction of Accous, you can sight the Col d'Iseye. Between the Pic de Bergon and Permayou, it's one of the passage to the valley.

Basque pelota (racket or bare-hand game) is a classic sport and requires a wall called a "fronton". There are 2152 registered frontons in France and Spain. The highest amount is located in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques, Basque Country and Navarre. Every village in these regions has its own fronton.
