Description

The Bergout Trail is a great one for beginners and for training. Here you have most of the features you'd expect from mountain running. The ascent is in the shade whilst the way back runs along a beautiful ridge with stunning views of the valley.

After the rocky leap, scamper along the fairly long flat in the undergrowth. As it gets higher the trail gets craggy and stony. After a short flat, go right at the crossroads on a forest path. Take a left at the next bend.
