Description
A magnificent itinerary that takes in the upper Creuse river valley on the northern edge of the Plateau de Millevaches, the plateau of a thousand springs. Starting from a peaty area of major ecological interest (start well-shod and take care on the wooden decks, which can be slippery), the spring becomes a stream, which you cross twice. Along the way, the villages and their heritage features will challenge your curiosity and imagination.
