Dos à l’église, empruntez le passage situé à droite de la mairie et rejoignez la rue Roger Salengro (au niveau du n° 543). Continuez à droite sur 150 m puis virez à gauche sur la rue Jean Monet. Suivez la rue Tazieff et, au bout, passez à droite entre les clôtures. Sortez au niveau du n° 7A. Prenez à gauche puis de nouveau à gauche le chemin agricole. Notez en chemin, sur votre droite, les vestiges de l’ancien fort d’Houplin, construit en 1870.

Coupez la départementale et suivez en face la rue du Cimetière. Après le cimetière, continuez sur la rue du Moulin et prenez à gauche vers l’église. Au carrefour suivant, empruntez à gauche le passage goudronné qui longe le groupe scolaire. Au bout, virez à droite, entre champs et jardins, et rejoignez la rue Jean Jaurès.

Continuez à gauche puis longez à droite la place Auguste Désiré Serrurier – ancien maire. Dans le virage, engagez vous à droite sur le sentier puis partez à droite entre jardins potagers et les clôtures du parc Mosaïc.

Arrivé au parc communal Jean-Jacques Rousseau, au niveau du parking,prenez à gauche. Continuez sur le chemin jusqu’aux berges de la Deûle.

Partez à gauche, passez devant l’entrée du parc Mosaïc – wagon – ouvert de juin à octobre, entrée payante. Suivez le chemin de halage et aboutissez à la rencontre du canal de Seclin et du canal de la Deûle. Sur votre gauche, empruntez la passerelle sur le canal de Seclin et poursuivez à gauche. Passez sous la départementale. Possibilité de départ depuis le parking Mosaïc.

Empruntez le pont blanc et continuez sur le chemin pavé à gauche. Au niveau du forage, prenez à gauche puis à droite. A l’intersection des chemins, virez à gauche entre les clôtures.
