Depuis l’église, suivez la RD 959 vers Le Cateau et, au n° 31, grimpez à gauche la ruelle entre les haies.

Empruntez la petite route à droite. Elle serpente et descend rejoindre la RD 959 en offrant de larges panoramas sur ce paysage vallonné entre Cambrésis et Avesnois.

Rejoignez à droite la RD 959. Au stop, montez à droite - prudence le long de la route - puis au panneau d’entrée d’agglomération, grimpez le chemin à gauche. Au bout, virez à droite et longez le chemin jouxtant les pâtures.

Continuez en face sur ce premier croisement puis tournez à droite et sur la première rue à gauche : la rue du Vieux Cimetière. Au n° 3, passez à gauche le tourniquet et cheminez entre deux haies d’aubépines. Au niveau des bâtiments, franchissez une nouvelle série de deux tourniquets. En chemin, le passage sous un pont agricole nécessite de baisser la tête - prudence ! Dirigez vous à droite vers la forêt.
