Point 1
Quittez le musée et aller à droite. Tournez à gauche, passez devant l’église. Tournez à droite, suivez la rue de la Blanchisserie puis à droite le chemin de la Glaise (“Saint-Jans-Cappel”).
Point 2
Empruntez à gauche le chemin du Coin du Loup (“le Coin du Loup”). Au bout, retrouvez la rue de la Blanchisserie à droite. A la chapelle Notre Dame de Bonsecours, bifurquez à gauche dans le petit chemin de l’Hermitage. Entrez à droite (chicane) dans le bois départemental du mont Noir (“le Grand Bois”). Plus haut, à la barrière, continuez à gauche (“la Grande Guerre”). Descendez deux escaliers et franchissez deux chicanes pour aboutir à la borne “Horizons”.
Point 3
Montez au parc départemental du mont Noir, suivez l’allée bordée de rhododendrons puis descendez vers la villa (“t’Meisje van’t Kasteel”). Empruntez l’escalier et obliquez à gauche vers la grille, que vous franchissez.
Point 4
Descendez à “la ferme flamande”. Passez devant le bâtiment, puis descendez le chemin vers les étangs des Trois Fontaines. Après le parking, suivez le chemin goudronné.
Point 5
Descendez à gauche la route, puis empruntez le premier chemin à gauche.
Point 6
A la Houblonnière, Partez à droite, coupez l’entrée de ferme puis, au bout, tournez à gauche (“la Becque du mont Noir”).Tournez à droite et rejoindre le centre de Saint-Jans-Cappel.
