This family-friendly mountain bike ride around Turriers takes you from the north-facing slopes to the south-facing ones, offering a chance to discover an extremely diverse array of flora, geological features, and—for the lucky ones—perhaps even birds of prey and a few rare species of butterflies...
From Turriers (1,080 m), take the road due south to the intersection near the “Roche Cline” restaurant. Turn right onto the road that descends toward the Durance Valley. Just past the bridge, turn left.
Near Les Robines (977 m), at the Enchastryes fountain (drinking water), take the trail through the woods until you reach a fork near a wayside shrine. Turn right and descend to the road.
At the Chemin de Forest Loin (1000 m), cross the road and take the path directly across. Follow it until you find a trail on the left. After a small pass, a path continues from there to reach Aco de Luc.
Once on the Coustarenche path (925 m), head right to join the D 951A.
Follow the road to the right for 100 m.
Take the trail that quickly crosses a ford and heads back up to your starting point.
