Les Sûres AR - snowshoeing from Auris-en-Oisans

A snowshoe hike to the summit of Les Sûres!
After crossing the large spruce forest and skirting the Sûres ridge, you'll be rewarded with a 360-degree view of the Oisans peaks!

ITINERARY
This walk starts from the last parking lot at the top of the resort. Take the Piégut forest footpath to the right of the parking lot entrance. You'll enter the heart of the vast spruce forest.

The climb progresses gradually to the summit of Piégut. Once at the summit, continue on your way for about 500 metres, until you reach the junction with the footpath leading to Les Sûres. Keep to the marked route, as skiers may be encountered in this area.

Skirting the heights, near the ridge, turn right towards Les Sûres. You'll enjoy a magnificent panorama of the Oisans peaks and valleys. You can also take a gourmet break at the Sol & Monta high-altitude restaurant.

To return to the resort, simply follow the same route.
