Situé à 2152m d’altitude et idéalement placé, le refuge de Bellachat offre l’un des plus beaux panoramas du massif du Mont-Blanc.Au fil des ans, des milliers de randonneurs, novices ou chevronnés, se sont émerveillés devant cette vue majestueuse en surplombant la vallée de Chamonix Mont-Blanc et en admirant le toit de l’Europe. Grâce à sa position en bordure de la réserve naturelle des Aiguilles Rouges et de la réserve de Carlaveyron, la marche d’approche au refuge permet une plongée dans la faune et la flore alpine où marmottes et bouquetins s’aventurent sans crainte au milieu des rhododendrons, gentianes, linaigrettes et autres fleurs de montagne. Randonneurs ou promeneurs, vous serez accueillis par l’équipe de Bellachat dans un cadre montagnard et chaleureux. Profitez de cette pause pour vous désaltérer et déguster une petite collation face au Mont Blanc : omelettes, potages, charcuterie, fromage, salades, tartelette aux myrtilles accompagnés de votre boisson préférée. Passez une nuit au refuge et partagez la convivialité des randonneurs cheminant sur le GR5 ou le Tour du Mont-Blanc.

Chamonix Parc Auto's offices are located in the St-Michel parking lot.Located in the town center, 200m from the Tourist Office, 150m from the Saint-Michel church and the Maison de la Montagne (ESF + Guides Company + High Mountain Office). Direct access to the Espace Tairraz (Crystal Museum). To reach the Tourist Office from this parking lot, take the bridge at the exit of the parking lot and then go down the access ramp to the left of the church. Then continue straight ahead in front of the Maison de la Montagne to take a second access ramp that will lead you directly in front of the Tourist Office. 12 parking spaces for electric vehicles. Disabled parking spaces on the 1st, 3rd and 5th floors (elevator access only on these floors!)

From Chamonix: first a gondola to Planpraz at 2000m, then a cable car to Le Brévent at 2525m. Here you'll enjoy 360° panoramic views of the Mont-Blanc chain.In summer, Planpraz is the starting point for many wonderful escapades, including Lac Cornu and the Grand Balcon Sud. It also offers an excellent launch area for paragliders. From the Brévent summit, a path leads in summer to the Aiguillette des Houches via the Bel-Lachat refuge. The Brévent slabs, facing Mont Blanc, form a pleasant, quiet climbing site just a 5-minute walk from the top of the cable car, . In summer, as in winter, take advantage of the beautiful sunny terraces for a moment of tranquillity and contemplation! Eating out: in Planpraz, "La Bergerie" offers traditional cuisine and fast food. In Le Brévent, the restaurant "Le Panoramique" welcomes you on its terrace with a breathtaking view!

Located at the bottom of the Valley, Lac Gaillands is just a few miles from Chamonix and the ideal place for a little family walk as you contemplate Mont Blanc and Bossons glacier.The ideal place for a family or friends break with Mont Blanc view.
