Tour du "Pog" de Montségur
Description
Very nice hike on a part of the Tisserands trail until the ruin of Péchiqueille. Along this route, retrace part of the history of Catharism by taking the old "chemin des Purs" to the village of Montségur before ending this beautiful break at the foot of the castle starting point of your excursion.

Steps
Step 1
departure from the Château de Montségur car park
Step 2
From the car park take the direction of the castle and take the paths of weavers (red and white markup) to "Péchiquielle".
Step 3
turn right on a large communal path towards the hamlet of Serrelongue.
Step 4
From Serrelongue go down towards the departmental.
Step 5
To arrive at the departmental follow the old "path of the Purs" which brings you to the village of Montségur.
Step 6
At the exit of the cemetery take the path that takes you back to your starting point.
