This is a hike in two days different from that of the North Tower by with the particularity to borrow much of the path of the Good Men (GR 107) and the Cathar trail. This circuit is part of an historical track.

Leaving Leychert, take the upper part of the village passing above the church and turn right to join the crests at the lie said "source of buc" (alt.781m).
2. Go in the direction of the Chateau de Roquefixade (2.5 km) (Markings white and red).
At the crossing turn right and decend to the village for about 800 metres
Take the Farmers track for 1.8 km, passing the Monument to the Martyrs of the Resistance (from World War 2), to Coulzonne
Take the small road for a km, cross the D9A, then the trail, which descends to the hamlet of Conte.
Cross the D117, follow it for a few metres, then descend to the right and climb again to the left to Pipie. In the hamlet turn right to the Cheese maker (3km).
Take the track which descends to the Hamlet of Sau (1km) ; On the road, turn left then descend to Frechede by the paved trail (1.5km).
Continue to the village, cross the Touyre (stream) and rejoin the small tarmac route between the stream and the camping site.
Carry straight on for about 1.5km.
Cross the D909 (road to Monts d’Olmes), and rejoin the D9. Cross it and take the trail on the left as far as the Pass of Montsegur.
Descend to the village of Montsegur and climb to the plateau of « Taulat ». (1060 Altitude) and then descend to Pelail. (4km)
Turn left onto the small route which passes by Lespine to reach Fougax (4km). (Markings red and yellow).
Cross the village of Fougax in the direction of Belesta and take the Soula route to reach the « Fontaine de Fontestorbes » and then onto the village of Belesta.
The ratable of the church of Leychert
Discovery of an exceptional natural environment At an altitude of 850 m, this chasm is about 60m by 30m and is accessible thanks to a platform of vision for a visit in full safety. It is the abyss of both absorption and collapse. The total depth reaches about 110m. This hole was a mass grave. When the horses were at the end of their life, their owner took them to this chasm. We guess then why this hole was prized crows.
