The Joli Bois restaurant is at the heart of the Paradiski® ski area, in the Montchavin / Les Coches forest (La Plagne).The entire Joli Bois team welcomes you for lunch or a drink during the winter season, and to enjoy a superb view of Mont Blanc and the Tarentaise valley. Here are just a few examples of the dishes offered in our restaurant (served from 12pm to 3pm): -salade joli bois: lettuce, tomato, reblochon cheese toasted with honey, bacon. - traditional snail shells. - croziflette. - reblochon cheeseburger served with fries. and, of course, blueberry tart...and other homemade desserts. How to get to Le Joli Bois: On foot, take the Le Chanton/Vanoise Express snowshoe trail from Les Coches. On skis, follow the signs for Les Arcs; the restaurant is located next to the Vanoise Express. You can take the gondola lift from Montchavin to Les Coches free of charge for pedestrians!In summer in Montchavin, buy from the ticket machine in the main street, and in Les Coches, you'll find the ticket machine as well as the lift pass after the circus tent.

To get between the ski areas of La Plagne and Les Arcs, you take the world's biggest and most prestigious cable car: the Vanoise Express.A real technological marvel, the Vanoise Express is an ultramodern cable car with two cabins, each with two levels, each with a capacity of 200 people, for a total capacity of 2000 people per hour in each direction. It takes just 4 minutes to cross. The cabins cross the valley 380 meters above the ground, travelling from the Peisey station (altitude 1612 m) to the Montchavin-Les Coches station (1548 m). Over a 1824 meter distance, the cabins pass over the picturesque Ponturin valley, offering panoramic views of Mont-Blanc, the Beaufortain massif and the North Face of Bellecôte glacier, Paradiski®'s legendary off-piste itinerary. The Télébufette gondola links the centre of Les Coches to the top of the village, with access to the Marcel Pignard hall, the children's snow garden, etc.
