From the Cluses tourist office, walk down the Place Charles de Gaulle, then cross to the left as you approach La Mie Câline. Pass the Zanin chocolate factory and continue straight ahead. Cross the railway line, then continue straight on Boulevard du Chevran to the end of the boulevard. At the junction, take the road that climbs to the right, then 100m further on, take the dirt track that climbs towards the forest. Continue along this track until you come to the first road crossing, then take the track opposite. At the end of the track, you come to a second road. Follow it to the left, then take the road on your left, leading to the Châtillon church. From here, walk back to the church and admire the view of the valley from the lawn behind the church.
Return along the same path to the end of the dirt track in Cluses. Here, turn right onto Avenue de Châtillon. Pass the Lidl on your left, then the Val d'Arly cheese dairy. At the traffic lights, turn left and follow the road. Before the bend in the road and the railroad, take the road down to the left. Then take the first street on the right: Rue du Bossey. Continue straight ahead until you reach the intersection with a florist opposite. Turn right, passing the Zanin chocolate factory, then turn right onto Grande Rue to reach the tourist office.
