Route du cidre

Over an association of tradition and innovation, the Huet family has been producing and selling calvados, cider and Pommeau de Normandie since 1865, in the very heart of the Pays d’Auge. The estate comprises 30 hectares of orchards and, since 2011, is equipped with an innovative and unique distillery, unique in Normandy.

Organic Cru de Cambremer cider farm on the Cider Route. The Ferme de la Vallée au Tanneur produces cider, calvados, pommeau, perry, cider vinegar and apple juice. The farm also produces milk to make Pays d'Auge non-pasteurised cheeses. Free tours and tasting sessions on site. France Passion camper van welcome.

Twelve hectare cider farm on the Cider Route. Totally converted to organic farming for the past 20 years, traditional high-stem apple trees, 25 varieties, all fermentation types with home-produced yeast and in oak vats. No added sulphites or preservatives. Sale and tasting direct at the farm (apple juice, cider, pommeau, calvados).

Located in Beaufour-Druval, on the cider road, in a beautiful country setting, Aurélien Le Page, producer from father to son, and Élodie welcome you all year round to their family farm. During your stay, don't hesitate to push open the doors of their farm, surrounded by apple trees. They'll be delighted to welcome you to taste their ciders, apple juice, perry and Calvados, all made and aged in oak barrels. Tasting and sales on site in their boutique.

In the heart of the cider route, a family-run organic farm, typical of the Pays d'Auge, with its old press, half-timbered buildings and traditional, untreated "Haute Tige" orchards. Free tour of the old press and tastings of AOC apple juice, Cidre AOP, Poiré, Pommeau and Calvados. Cider vinegar, jams, caramels, honey and cheese are also available for sale on site.
