A short hike in the foothills of the Parmelan mountain, with easy access to Chalet Chappuis. The perfect opportunity to enjoy a gourmet stroll through the Parmelan mountain pastures, with a superb view of Lake Annecy.
On the heights of the commune of Dingy-Saint-Clair, near Annecy, this walk offers a more confidential alternative to the classic Parmelan access path from Bois Brûlé.
Along this path, mostly shaded by undergrowth, you'll reach the hamlet of La Blonnière, the Col de Barman and the Chalet Chappuis.
The Chalet Chappuis is a unique viewpoint over Lake Annecy. Between May and October, you can enjoy Savoyard dishes and take home farm produce.
You'll also pass through the Col de Barman, the junction between the Lachat mountain and the Parmelan, offering beautiful views of the lake and the Parmelan cliffs.
At this crossroads, you'll come across a historic itinerary: the path of Captain Anjot, a member of the Resistance who was shot in 1944 during the Second World War.
From 01/05 to 30/09.
Subject to favorable snow and weather conditions.
