This short stage will take you to Aix-les-Bains via the banks of the Lac and the Tresserve hill.
Return train service to/from Viviers-du-Lac station and Aix-les-Bains. Timetable available at www.ter.sncf.com/rhone-alpes/.

➔ arrival at Grand Port in Aix-les-Bains
➊ Follow the cycle path past the Plage and the campsite.
➋ Cross the Leysse by the footbridge and continue straight ahead. Follow the
cycle path that runs alongside the road.
➌ Continue along the long straight stretch alongside the airport (not a very pleasant
but the only possibility).
➍ At Les Mottets, continue straight ahead to cross the traffic circle.
(Alternative route along the lakeshore: follow the lake as far as the Grand
Port d'Aix-les-Bains).
➎ Turn left to reach "Vers Boissy".
➏ Take the forest track on the left, and follow the railroad line. ➐ Turn right onto the road and then immediately left before the
bridge over the railroad
➑ Pass under the track through a small tunnel and continue left to
the golf course and the riding school.
➒ At Géant Casino, take the road to the left and follow it. You are now on
Boulevard Lepic.
➓ At the next traffic circle after the Total petrol station, take the first left towards the lake.

12 Pass behind the Choudy school to continue to the level crossing.
