0/ Set off from the village hall/tennis courts in Macot.
1/ MACOT - BONNEGARDE
Cross the road and take the path towards Bonnegarde.
2/ BONNEGARDE - OLD MINE - TABLE DU DIABLE
Walk up to the old mine. Continue up and along Bonnegarde stream and climb as far as the Table du Diable.
3/ TABLE DU DIABLE - VILLARDS DE MACOT - MONTADRY - CHACRUET
Continue through Les Villards de Macot, La Combe couloir, Montadry, and back down to Chacruets then Macot.
4/ In Macot, at the top of Rue de la Fontaine, at the hairpin bend turn left onto the path to return to the starting point.
