Walk - Stubbles of Langenberg and Wissgrut

Starting from the village of Sewen, this 11 km hike takes you through the preserved landscapes of the southern Vosges. The trail begins with the Cascades path, a forest trail that runs alongside a stream dotted with small waterfalls and natural basins, in a shaded and refreshing setting, and ends at the Wagenstal waterfall.

The climb continues through the forests before reaching the farm inn of Grand Langenberg. The path continues, alternating pastures and woods, to reach the Fluhr inn, then the Wissgrut farm inn, nestled in a remarkable pastoral setting. These 3 establishments offer local dishes and are ideal for a gourmet break or simply to regain your strength.

Throughout the hike, several viewpoints offer spectacular views of the Alsatian valleys, the Vosges ridges, and the surrounding peaks. This is a perfect hike for nature lovers, those who enjoy peace and quiet, and gastronomes.
