Le Tour du Kast

This hike, marked by the blue ring, invites you to discover the heights of Lièpvre and Rombach-le-Franc. The route offers beautiful panoramic views over the Val d'Argent, the village of Lièpvre and the Haut-Koenigsbourg castle.At the foot of the Kast summit, a short round trip reveals ancient drystone walls, evidence of the agricultural occupation of the valley's slopes. Along the way, you'll also come across numerous mountain farmhouses that illustrate the area's rural history.
