Description
The itinerary of this second day starting from the Grand Ballon includes a short detour to the Lac du Ballon for an appreciation of the landscape and the calm of this little bit of paradise. The walk continues along the Route des Crêtes to Markstein from where you can admire the view of the Grand Ballon and the Vallée de la Thur and take advantage, if the mood strikes you, of the open-air activities offered by the Markstein resort.
