Circuit: Conquering Kintzheim Castle via the Etang forest road

Located on the heights of Kintzheim, the medieval castle housing the Volerie des Aigles (Eagle Park) is one of the most iconic sites in the Sélestat Haut-Koenigsbourg region.
Looking for a medium-length hike to discover this magnificent site and enjoy the tranquillity of the Etang forest road? Then this is the one for you! Starting from Orschwiller, whatever the season, this walk will take you to Kintzheim Castle, one of the most impressive medieval castles in the massif, in around two hours. 
Along the way, as you cross the Kintzheim forest, you will see a few heritage sites before reaching the Praelatenberg vineyard at the end of the trail.
